WHAT IS LPG and HOW DOES IT OPERATE IN THE VEHICLES

It is commonly known as “TÜP GAZ” tube gas. LPG (Liquid petrol Gas) is commonly used in our country for heating lighting and the vahicles . LPG is a gas without smell and without color. But to prevent possible dangerous conditions is  smelled at the refineries. It is produced from oil o r naturel gas. Combination of the gas is 70% butane (C4H10), 30% propane(C3h8). LPG is flamabel and heavier than air. It is like water and cumuliate at the deeper places on the ground or some where else.


Firstly it was tried by USA San Diago Gas Electricity company. It was used an  alternative gas to petrol. Consequently the usage was widened all over the world. Russia manufactured the first car that operae with LPG in 1975. LPG is an alternative fuel to petrol which is still used and supported in ABD and European countries.. Millions of vehicles have LPG systems firstly in ABD, HOLLAND, ITALY,JAPAN,FRANCE, BELGIUM.

In 1940s  using in the automabiles LPG preferred more than 30 countries and more than 4 million Atomabile owner. Also more than 22 million gas station are giving services in these countries. There are over 1 million vehicles in Italy. LPG system mounted luxirious car during the manufacturing. LPg system mounted car using is deallocated by the turkish of industrial minister in 1995 in Turkey.

The liquid LPG is filled into the tank of the cars at the filling stations by using filling components. The gas sent to the gas valve that into engine by means of buoy on the gas tank and then it is sent to the pressure regulator. Regulator changes LPG from liquid to gas form and after that it is  transferred to the carburator part and the combustion starts.
